Tsering Punar Lama

Tsering is Adara’s Office Helper.

Tsering joined the Adara team in June 2011. Tsering comes to Adara with 20 years of hotel and restaurant experience in Humla. She is now responsible for cooking for the Adara staff and making sure that the office space and kitchen are kept clean and organised.

Tsering most enjoys being involved with Adara’s greenhouse project, as the technology can produce healthy vegetables with rich vitamins to ensure good nutrition.
