Samuel is Adara’s Early Intervention Manager, overseeing the Baby Ubuntu programme.
In this role, Sam works to provide early care and support to children with neurodisabilities, supporting these children and their families to thrive.
Sam is passionate about promoting the rights of vulnerable communities. With a Bachelor of Ethics and Human Rights from Makerere University, he is highly experienced in the identification of disabilities and providing psycho-social support and therapy.
In previous roles, Sam implemented educational programmes that are designed to be inclusive for children with disabilities. He has trained other facilitators to provide these programmes in the community. He has also worked on several research studies with academic institutions, helping to investigate topics such as early childhood education and the rights of people with disabilities.
