Beatrice is Adara’s Deputy Director of Maternal, Newborn and Child Health (MNCH).
In this role, she supports the Director of MNCH to oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of Adara’s MNCH programmes, in order to improve the health outcomes of mothers, newborns, and children across Uganda.
Beatrice joined the Adara team in 2018. Prior to becoming Deputy Director of MNCH, she held the position of Uganda Research, Monitoring and Evaluation Manager.
Beatrice holds a Master of Public Health and a Post Graduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation. She has more than 10 years’ experience implementing and facilitating community development programmes, reproductive health programmes and child programmes. Beatrice has worked with organisations including Plan, Save the Children and Compassion International.
