Molly is Adara’s Senior Clinical Support Manager. She provides support and clinical advice to Adara’s health teams, leads the development of best practice clinical training materials, and fosters collaboration with healthcare partners.
Prior to joining Adara, Molly worked as a NICU nurse for more than 15 years. Molly was involved in NICU lactation programme development, educating staff and working directly with birthing parents. She chaired the multi-disciplinary Feeding Committee focusing on nutrition and feeding of medically fragile infants. Molly also participated in writing and teaching protocols and researched up to date clinical practice.
Before joining the team as Senior Clinical Support Manager, Molly was a long-term volunteer with Adara. She joined Adara’s International Medical Volunteer team to work on the Hospital to Home project and travelled to Uganda in 2019 to provide training.
Molly graduated from Seattle University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She is also an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant. She has long been passionate about global health, which began when working as a community health student nurse in Belize City.
